HY-Ⅰ型恒位油杯是一種恒油位的油位計。恒位油杯的作用是使軸承箱內(nèi)的潤滑油保持在設(shè)計的恒定位置。同時還起到一個視窗作用，操作者可根據(jù)油杯內(nèi)的油位來決定是否添加潤滑油。

Type-I is a constant level oil level indicator. It can keep the level of lubricating in the bearing box in the designed position. It also is a window, operator can decide to add lubrication according to the level of oil cup.

油杯通過杯座與軸承箱油室相連，油杯與杯座通過鉸鏈聯(lián)接。這樣二者形成一個連通器，恒位油杯在工作時，操作者應(yīng)通過軸承箱的排氣孔向箱體內(nèi)注油。當(dāng)潤滑油從杯座內(nèi)的孔流出時，將加滿油的油杯扣在杯座上。通過油杯向箱體內(nèi)注油，直至油杯內(nèi)的油位不再下降為止，并保持在整個油杯的2/3處。由于連通器的原理，油杯內(nèi)氣體壓力小于外界大氣壓力，故油杯內(nèi)的潤滑油能保持一定高度的液位。

Oil cup connect to the bearing box with cup seat, cup joint to the seat, they are a communicating vessels. When it works, operator inject the oil through vent hose on the bearing box, put the full cup on when the oil outflow, oil will inject from cup, till the level stable on 2/3 of the cup. (For the principle of communicating vessels, oil in the cup can keep stated height).

恒位油杯在補油狀態(tài)時，軸承箱體內(nèi)的潤滑油由于各種原因的損耗，箱體內(nèi)油位下降，因連通器原理，油杯斜面處的油位降低到工作油位點以下，外界氣體在大氣壓力的作用下通過斜面的上端進入油杯。導(dǎo)致油杯內(nèi)油液的壓力平衡被破壞，潤滑油從油杯內(nèi)流出并注入軸承箱體。直到潤滑油液面恢復(fù)到工作油位時，補油結(jié)束。

For any kind of reason, the oil in the bearing box will be consumed, the oil level in the box will fall down, level on the incline of the inner hole will fall down, outside air will enter to the cup through incline, lubricant inject to the bearing box from oil cup till the normal level.
